What counts as website care?
The plans are designed for small-business websites, not unlimited development disguised as a monthly hosting fee.
Small content changes
Things like changing text, updating contact details, replacing an image, adding a testimonial or making another small straightforward content update.
Included support time resets each month and does not roll over.
Larger changes & development
New pages, significant redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce development, custom integrations and larger pieces of work are quoted separately.
Domains, email & licences
Domain registrations, business email, paid plugins, premium software licences and other third-party services are separate unless specifically included in a proposal. Domains should normally remain owned by the client.
