Enquiries

The contact form opens your own email client with the details you entered. Nothing is stored on this website. Enquiry emails are used only to respond to you and to discuss possible work, and are kept no longer than needed for that purpose.

CRM Health Check reports

If you choose to email yourself a CRM Health Check report, we use the email address and assessment details to send that report. If you actively opt in, we also retain your email address in Resend so that we can send occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. The website does not store the assessment. Resend processes email delivery and holds opted-in contact details on our behalf.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, they are privacy-friendly and aggregate only: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no attempt to identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@emdy.co.uk.
